As the man who captured lightening, Benjamin Franklin is a “rock star” in his day. It’s 1777 in Versailles and the American inventor, entrepreneur and diplomat has arrived on a mission to bring French assistance into the conflict between England and it’s colonies. He is up late at many evening “salons” conversing and flirting with the French elite. Franklin and his colleagues win the heart of the French people. They become the idols of Paris and Versailles. And due to their efforts, King Louis XVI and France offer significant support the revolution- support that changes history.

Leonardo daVinci, Walt Disney and Steve Jobs are thought to be of this style.
More About the Animal

Griffins are most common in the art and lore of Ancient Greece, there is evidence of them in Ancient Persian and Ancient Egyptian art as far back as 3,300 BC. The legendary creature has the body, tail, and back legs of a lion and head and wings of an eagle.

Because the lion was traditionally considered the king of the beasts and the eagle the king of birds, the Griffin was thought to be an especially powerful and majestic king of all creatures.
In heraldry, the griffin’s image is used to denote strength and military courage and leadership. Griffins are portrayed with rear body of a lion, an eagle’s head, with erect ears, and feathered breast, with forelegs of an eagle, including claws. These features indicate a combination of intelligence and strength.

Griffins lead with extraverted intuition and are constantly observing and discovering patterns in their worlds. As introverted thinkers, they process information internally and then express it through conversations, writing, visualizations and or ventures. A hallmark of Griffins is their ability to look at information from a global viewpoint, spotting new patterns and relationships, that lead to an understanding of the key issues. They tend to focus more on possibilities for the future than the here-and-now, and enjoy change, challenge, and variety.
Griffins like to try out ideas out in practice, to explore new possibilities and discover, by experience, which ones work. Griffins often take an evolutionary approach to development, perhaps with an eye on the strategy which can change. And Griffins are more interested in exploring ideas than bringing them to closure.
